We start the...teaching is a idealistic profession. We start the year thinking we can change the world and have a positive impact of the kids. As the year starts to come to and end, we realize that there are kids we could not reach....this is frustrating. I am exhausted, disengaged and general...I hear you! I am exhausted, disengaged and generally demotivated. Rather worryingly, I am really fed up with my job at the moment and many - if not most -of my colleagues feel the same. Frustration is boiling over to anger.<br /><br />It is partly due to the ongoing problem of student disruption, which is a massive issue at our school. And it is partly due to the incompetence of our hopeless leaders, who have not had a positive impact on things for a long time.<br /><br />Yet again, for the fourth consecutive year, about a dozen staff are due to move schools before the start of the next campaign.
