It has continued since then. It never seems to stop. I think it's a dysfunction that has been accepted by many. It's sad...because the problem could be easily solved....have teachers for duties assigned at desks in the hallways on the 2nd floor. It works well during CAPT testing. Why not do it all the time? The kids know the 2nd floor is essentially a security free zone. That's why we've always had problems with hall wanderers on the 2nd floor.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
