Bracket Busters
Well, the NCAA Tournament hasn't even completed day one, and my brackets are shot. But, in unrelated matters, I haven't punched out another teacher.

The Daily Grind
I teach because I have to. In all the jobs I've had to pay my way through life, only teaching has (as of today) not left an empty feeling. This is my calling; and sometimes I feel that I chose to teach as much as teaching chose me. *Note: The thoughts expressed here are my own and not intended to represent the school or district I work for.

13-3 on day one, but I lost an Elite 8 Team when Kentucky went down. Not entirely busted...we'll see how today goes.
Same here in one of my brackets--I lost Baylor: I thought they'd be a Cinderella.
But my other bracket I went 12-4
Good thing I had less confidence in UConn than I'd have had in past years. Their horrible effort yesterday only cost me a sweet 16 team...25-7 after the first round. Down 2 of the Sweet Sixteen and only 1 of the Elite Eight.
